What should I wear to Capoeira classes?
Wear comfortable, light clothing in which you can move freely. Capoeira is usually practised barefoot, so you don’t need to worry about wearing special shoes. We also recommend that you bring a water bottle and a towel.
Are there age restrictions for Capoeira classes?
No, there are no age restrictions for Capoeira courses. Our classes are open to participants of all ages and fitness levels. We have separate classes for adults and children so that everyone can learn and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
